Geckos in the house

Our friends Alex and Megan were over last night, Alex went to use our restroom when he saw a baby gecko in the hallway. Matt and Alex chased it around and we finally caught it on Matt's back. Megan and I took it out side and let it go. (Not before it hand an accident in my hand!)
So this afternoon, I walked into our bathroom and there was another baby gecko! Matt and I caught this one but I had to snap it's picture before we released it back to our wild yard. So if anyone is counting this is the 5th gecko we have saved since we moved into the house.
And since I was posting anyway...here is the new patio furniture. I really wanted nice patio furniture but it was too expensive. Until I hit Target on the first day of the 75% off summer clearance sale. I called Matt's Dad to meet me and we hauled it all home. The chairs are new from Target and so are the oil lamps. Matt's Dad gave us the table.
This is the new conversation set from Target, also on the sale. I am really proud of our plants too, they are doing really well in the heat. The skinny ones are Plumeria trees, once they flower the will add to all our other nice smelling plants. I am going to put those in pots too.
Here is our Jasmine, Gardenia and herbs. Wally is very interested in the pots, he is always sniffing them.
Penny is more interested in laying around on the love seat. Our fall and winter visitors can look forward to sitting on the new furniture, having a glass of wine and eating dinner on the patio. Hopefully they won't have to share the bathroom with our Geckos!

The patio & your flowers look great.
I hope the gecko is the only wildlife in the house, keep the rest outside.

Your backyard looks so pretty with the new furniture... Like paradise! I can't wait to come back and lounge with the geckos.

I heard that lizards in your house are good luck, so think of it that way!!! ;-) And they are cute little guys, I might even keep them around!!! Good for you for growing stuff too...my mom and mother in law both got me pots of plants for our new house, but unfortunately, I kill things...oops.

Thanks Becca! I do think the lizards are cute :)
The plants are hard work, you have your two boys to look after. I just look after my plants.
