Beckie's Birthday Weekend Festivities!

My Birthday was so much more fun being able to celebrate it with Luke! I woke up on Friday morning to Steve's beautifully wrapped gifts for me, but he wouldn't let me open them till later that night. Those two bags had a Juicy sweatsuit and a pair of William Rast jeans...Yipee!!

After breakfast we headed down to Lagoon to see the Monkey show. You all know how much I love monkeys, so this was a perfect afternoon for me!

After Lagoon we came home and cooled off it was a hot day, but why is it that amusement parks always feel hotter and stickier?! Aunt Deb, Uncle Jim, and Ashleigh came over and enjoyed the night with us. We had my favorite dinner (Greek Shrimp) and then my favorite dessert (Chocolate Molten Cake) Thanks Mom for dinner and dessert is was fabulous! Luke had his bath and changed into his PJ's (thanks to Becca again) :) Then I opened all my gifts.... I was very spoiled this year by my friends and family!

But my Birthday wasn't over yet! Farmington decided to have a festival for me ;) It was actually the Farmington Festival Days on my Birthday weekend, but I can still pretend it was for me! So Saturday morning we went to the parade, Uncle Jim and Cousin Ashleigh were even in the Parade!

After a while Luke was hot and bored..... can you tell? So we took him home for lunch and then we headed back down for the little fair.

Steve and I were really excited when we got there and saw that they had pony rides for a dollar. So we decided now was the best time for Luke's first pony ride! He loved it, but I think we loved it even more :)




After the pony ride it was off to pet the baby goats. I had to show him how to pet them gently and not rip out their hair. Lukey loved the goats, but I'm not so sure they loved him!

On Sunday we finished off my Birthday weekend with a walk to the duck pond. That was hands down my best Birthday Weekend Ever!!!
