Happy Birthday Clyde

Clyde is 16 today. He came to us from a kennel in Nebraska, to Denver, where Steve’s sister Karen picked him up.
Then he went to the Weimer’s to be watched for the day before he flew back to Salt Lake in the National Guard Airplane.
He’s had his share of bumps and bruises. Hit by a car, so he has a pin in his hip, then hit by a horse trailer that broke his pelvis.
But even with all those injuries he’s still plugging along. These days he mostly sleeps, but gets excited for Luke to give him his dog cookie. He can’t see much, but he knows his way around the yard.
Since he can’t hear well, Luke has gotten very good at calling out very loudly Clyde !!

No, Clyde will not be having a birthday party :)

I know Grandpa won't like this but...today is Clyde's 15th birthday! Happy Birthday Clydie!
Clyde is one half of my parents famous Westie Duo, Bonnie and Clyde. Clyde is a super little dog. He likes his bum scratched but don't touch his feet. He is always up to snuggle on the sofa. He loves his monkey, even if we give him another animal, he will search out his monkey!
Happy Birthday buddy! We think you are a super dog. Love you!
