On the 11
th, Matt and I held a summer party. It was a hot day so we were glad to have the pool to cool off in. I was bad and forgot to take many pictures. (I was manning the food!) This is Penny by my new Gardenia plant. I also have a Confederate Star Jasmine, an Arabian Jasmine, so those 3 along with my orange and lemon trees are going to make the backyard smell like heaven when the citrus blooms next spring.
Penny again, I am always desperate for her to play with this dumb bell but she usually won't.

I got this love seat for Lily. She didn't want to sit in it, just carry it around.
Hannah and Wally were partied out and sitting under our kitchen desk.
A crazy game of Duck Duck Goose broke out in the empty dining room.

Lily and Wally best friends. Wally used to be afraid of kids and about 2 months ago he realized they will pet him! Now he LOVES them.

I love Lily's chair, she's funny to just carry it around. I'm sure the party was a great time !! Your gardenia looks very healthy.
