Dad came to see Matt and me on Sunday. He helped us out so much, taking care of the pool, finding hiking trails, lifting heavy boxes. I tried to feed him well while he was here, although he probably didn't eat as well as he does at home. We had so much fun just sitting on the back patio and looking out to the desert. This is Dad and Matt before they ate Green Curry Chicken and Shrimp for dinner.
Eleanor and Josh came over with the kids to see us. Josh was swimming with the kids, Eleanor and I were supervising with Matt's famous margaritas.
Hannah had no fear on our diving board and performed a series of impressive belly flops :)
Hudson was happy just to float around.
This is our mermaid that Matt and I bought on one of our trips to
Cabo, we got her in hopes that someday we would have a pool and she could be the mascot. Here she is Serena the Mermaid,

Looks like lots of fun at the Buechel house. Hannah, I hope you come over while I'm here and show me your diving technique. Hudson love your floaties. Steve the pool just sparkles ! Jes you have the house so put together fast :)
