Our first wedding anniversary is on Monday but we decided to celebrate all weekend. I got Matt a fancy camera as an anniversary gift, the traditional first anniversary gift is paper, cameras take pictures which become paper...see where I am going with this. So I gave Matt his present early so he could take some pictures in Sedona. I now realize there will not be anymore pictures of us together and just lots of pictures of me! :) Saturday morning we went to Sedona for the day.
This is the Cathedral on the Rocks. The view was very pretty, my favorite part was that the flowers had little signs that said, "don't pick us, we are smiling at God."
Another rock formation in Sedona, I told Matt it looks a lot like Southern Utah, like Zion or Bryce Canyon. This was taken from the Cathedral.

We went over to the main drag in Sedona, I was desperate for a big chunky turquoise necklace, I have a fake one but wanted a real set. These javelina are on the main drag. I thought they were fun! We did later find some Indians selling the exact necklace I wanted, they were at Dairy Queen!?!

So did you get the necklace at the Dairy Queen ? Don't worry in Cozumel, I'll get Matt's fancy camera and take pictures of the 2 of you !
I did get one at Dairy Queen! It's beautiful. I will wear it to dinner tonight and send a picture. We took our regular camera last night and had forgotten to put the memory card back in!
