Today is our first wedding anniversary. Matt and I have been together for around 3 years. I never thought that I would be lucky enough to date someone who was my best friend! This is Matt and me at Beckie and Steve's wedding, this was the first time Matt met Grandpa and Clara. We loved our Jamaican vacation, it was our first beach trip and the first time Matt had used his passport!
Matt and I love just hanging around together and talking. This was a picture from our second vacation, we were in Cabo. This was also the trip that we learned that Matt can't lay in the sun as long as I can.
Right after we got engaged we went to Cancun with my family. We were so excited to be getting married! I couldn't wait to be Matt's wife, he is so kind and sweet, always calm and the perfect husband.
November 3, 2007 finally came. The weather was perfect, we were so lucky to have so many friends and family join us for a perfect day. We had an amazing honeymoon, and were so happy just to be together.
Now a year later, I love when people say or I see my new last name still. Matt is still the perfect husband and always puts my happiness first. We are so happy and in love, I can't believe that he is mine! Matt, I love you so much! xoxo
